Heavy Weapons cannot be modded, and can only fire and guide when ADS
**Guiding:**
* Blackout's rocket is laser guided as long as the target is infront of the rocket (90 FOV), if the target is behind, rocket becomes wire guided

**Backblast:**
* When fired airborne, blackout knocks back the user
**Arming:**
* Blackout requires 5m front clearance in order to fire
* Blackout rocket's explosive damage gets increased by 10 for every 0.25s in flight up to **150 - 75**
