Nano-wire is a medium sized wire coming out of a compartment in a shell's wrist, it utilizes arika's temporal tech to manipulate small objects

Nano-wire can also be used to transfer data, and when equipped to do so; preform other tasks

Its also the Shell's genitalia

Gameplay

F to connect, RMB to throw/disconnect, with 1s cooldown1) on disconnect/end of use and 8m range by default

When an interactable object is in range, a small blue diamond appears on the HUD 2)

While actively holding any object with the Nano-wire your dive is replaced with strafe3)

Nano-wire can be disabled4) and also cut by Akanami causing 2s stun5)

Uses:

  • Interact with environment/objectives 6)
  • Pick up weapons
  • Pick up own devices and explosives
  • Attach and pull yourself to anchors
  • 7) Attach and pull yourself to weapons held by an enemy
  • 8) Pick up enemy devices and explosives
  • 9) Change ownership of enemy devices and explosives
  • 10) Deconstruct weapons
  • 11) Supercharge your defense
  • 12) Attach to enemy heads and leech
